The Queensland Government will enforce a state-wide ban on single-use plastic bags on from 1 July 2018.
This ban will affect all retailers – that currently use light-weight plastic bags (under 35 microns thick), including HDPE plastic, biodegradable, compostable, and degradable bags. Click here (http://www.qldbagban.com.au/about-the-ban/) to find out which plastic bags will be banned.
